Dream Away Cabin is a luxurious cedar log cabin located in the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country in Canyon Lake.
Located on a 3-acre estate just a few minutes walk to the lake, the cabin is well positioned to access all the lake amenities, the Guadalupe river, the Texas wine country or just relax on the front porch and feed the native wildlife. This is an ideal vacation getaway for families or for couples anytime of the year.

Dream Away Cabin sits on 3 acres of wooded hill country land, providing you with a quiet, country retreat to relax and recharge, complete with whirlpool tub and outdoor living.
- FRONT PORCH welcomes you with single and double rocking chairs where the birds sing for you in the morning and, at night, the stars twinkle brightly in the big Texas sky. Deer are frequent visitors at Dream Away Cabin and we provide you with a bag of deer food to feed them with.
- FULL COUNTRY KITCHEN featuring refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave over, toaster over, and coffee maker. There is also a custom-built log island and stools that can accommodate 4 people.
- LIVING ROOM is a family room with a cozy hill country stone wood-burning fireplace for those chilly winter nights. An antique chest containing an assortment of games is available for your enjoyment. If you prefer, a selection of books is also provided in the cedar bookshelf.
- BEDROOM #1 is an ensuite bedroom with a jacuzzi/shower combination tub to sooth your sore muscles. The bedroom features a custom Queen cedar log bed with over 500 thread count luxurious bed sheets, a cedar closet and big picture windows with beautiful country views.
- BEDROOM #2 features a high quality Full/Queen log bunk bed with over 500 thread count luxurious bed sheets, a cedar closet and big picture windows on two sides so you can watch deer amble by.
- MUD ROOM/BATHROOM #2 has a shower, toilet, sink, an oversized sink and an exterior entry door for those rainy days when you want to clean your shoes to avoid tracking mud everywhere. The full size washer and dryer are also located in this room.
- BACK PORCH features a cedar log dining table and benches. The fully screened porch with ceiling fan allows you to enjoy a comfortable al fresco dining experience. Boat parking is available, by request.

Low Season
September - May (excluding holidays)
Sunday thru Thursday - $230/night
Friday and Saturday - $260/night
High Season
June - August, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week,
New Year's week, Spring Break and some Holidays
Sunday thru Thursday - $269/night
Friday and Saturday - $309/night
- Price is based on 4 people
- Additional person is $15/person per night
- 10% Local and Occupancy tax will be added
- $80 cleaning fee is added to all reservations
Policies
Rates are based on the rental of the whole cabin which allows you full access to your own full kitchen, living room, front and back porch.
CHECK IN TIME: 3PM
CHECK OUT TIME: 11AM
Late checkout will incur a $10 fee for every hour after 11am

CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations made within 7 days of check in, 50% of total bill will be charged
MINIMUM STAY
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required on holidays
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A $200 damage deposit will be charged with the reservation. This will be refunded within 3 days after check-out provided no damage or additional cost is incurred during your stay.
CHILDREN
We welcome children in our cabin. However, please watch your children especially when using the bunk bed.
